Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FireKeeper's Discord bot, dashboard, and Roblox verification.

Effective date: June 10, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using FireKeeper, you agree to these Terms of Service and the FireKeeper Privacy Policy. You must also follow the applicable terms and community standards of Discord and Roblox. If you do not agree, do not use FireKeeper.

2. The Service

FireKeeper provides Discord server administration, moderation, automation, community tools, and optional Roblox account verification. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the project develops.

3. Accounts and Authorization

You are responsible for the security of your Discord and Roblox accounts. Only authorize a Roblox account that you own or are permitted to use. You may not impersonate another user, bypass access controls, or attempt to link an account through deception or unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use FireKeeper to:

  • Violate law, platform rules, or another person's rights.
  • Harass users, distribute malware, spam services, or facilitate fraud.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service security.
  • Collect or expose personal information without an appropriate purpose or authority.
  • Use moderation or automation features in an abusive, deceptive, or discriminatory way.

5. Server Administrators

Discord server administrators are responsible for their FireKeeper configuration, staff permissions, role hierarchy, notices to members, and use of data produced by server features. FireKeeper does not control or endorse individual server decisions.

6. Third-Party Platforms

FireKeeper depends on Discord, Roblox, hosting providers, and optional integrations. Their availability, policies, and actions are outside FireKeeper's control. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Suspension and Termination

Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, platform requirements, legal obligations, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using FireKeeper at any time and revoke connected authorization through the relevant platform.

8. Disclaimers

FireKeeper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, or permanent availability. Verification and role updates can be affected by platform outages, API limits, permissions, and server configuration.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireKeeper's maintainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, access, revenue, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes and Contact

These terms may be updated as FireKeeper changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be directed through the FireKeeper GitHub repository.
